Refund/Exchange Policy

At World Boss, we value our customers’ satisfaction and want them to be happy and content with their purchases.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund if you meet the following criteria:

i) Proof Of Your Purchase

To ensure our customer claim is legal, we may require our customer to have the original sales receipt or order email.

ii) Product in its Original State and Packaging

To claim your return or exchange, your purchase has to be in its original condition from the time of sale.

All purchases made in a retail store or online must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Please email us at customerservice@worldbossgroup.com to initiate your return or visit our store. Please include the sales order number found on your email receipt.

Online orders must be returned in person or shipped to World Boss Group at the purchaser’s expense.

iii) BOSS-Certified pre-owned devices.

These devices come with a 90 day warranty. These are final sale items and can not be returned. In the case of a defective device however, you can get it fixed free of cost during the warranty period. Physical damage, water damage or any other damage that was not present at the time of sale is not covered under this warranty.

iV) Items on Clearance

Please be advised that all items currently listed in our clearance section are considered final sales. 

This means that once purchased, these items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We encourage you to carefully review the description, and specifications of all clearance items before making your purchase.

V) Payments On Refund

All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. To protect our customers from fraud risk, we reserve the right to request a valid photo ID when processing a return or exchange to validate customer information.

This is an agreement between you and World Boss Group Inc. (“World Boss Group Inc.). It outlines the terms and conditions (the “Service Terms”) that apply to your use of World Boss Group Inc.’s products and services, such as customer assistance, customer services provided by World Boss Group Inc. teams, repairs to smartphones and electronic devices (“Device”), installation of any of the products, warranties and guarantees provided by World Boss Group Inc. , sales of your Device to World Boss Group Inc., and purchases of BOSS-Certified pre-owned Devices, or any other product or accessories (collectively, the “Products and Services”). The Service Terms and the User Terms and World Boss Group inc.’s Privacy Commitment constitute the Agreement between you and World Boss Group Inc. for the Products and Services (the “Agreement”).

You agree to the terms of the Agreement by using the Products and Services. YOU MAY NOT USE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE SERVICE TERMS. “You” refers to the customer of World Boss Group Inc. for these Service Terms.

World Boss Group Inc. reserves the right, with 30 days’ notice, to amend any Agreement term, including rates and additional charges.
World Boss will notify you of Agreement amendments by posting notice of the amendment on worldbossgroup.com (the “Website”). Your continued use of the Products and Services following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement, waiver of any additional notice requirements, and Agreement to pay for the Products and Services following the amended Agreement.
